Ceramic materials are innovative materials, created artificially using specific innovative technology. Intermac provides stonemasons with innovative machining processes capable of optimizing the machining of such materials.  Intermac provides stonemasons with innovative machining processes capable of optimizing the machining of such materials. Maximum reliability is guaranteed, thanks to the quality of the materials and components selected. Busetti machines are guaranteed to last over time, enabling operators to work up to 3 shifts a day, with minimal machine maintenance required from the operator.

IDEAL FOR INNOVATIVE AND HIGH-QUALITY FACINGS

  • Rough or polished finishing of edges for rectangular sheets processing both sides of the sheet at the same time.
  • Ideal for furnishings (interior facing), kitchen tops, construction (ventilated façades, stairs, door/window sills, windowsills).
  • Maximum reliability is guaranteed, thanks to the quality of the materials and components selected.

When integrated with smart software the solutions serve to minimize operator intervention, ensuring a clearer overview of the entire process, as well as greater levels of safety. A product which leading glassworks facilities would struggle to do without.

The operator interface is simple and intuitive and enables cutting programmes generated by a range of the optimizers in the market imported, courtesy of the integrated OTD (Optimiser Transferring Data) universal interface that automatically defines cutting parameters and generates the programme for the cutting table.

  • MECHANICAL AND ELECTRONIC TECHNOLOGIES THAT ARE UNIQUE IN THEIR FIELD
  • MAXIMUM PERFORMANCE AND PRECISION OF RESULTS
  • HIGH QUALITY AND RELIABILITY GUARANTEED OVER TIME
  • REDUCED SET-UP TIMES

MONTRESOR LUNA SERIES

The range of edge polishers by Montresor comprises 3 technologically different series of machines. This allows to satisfied different needs in the field of marble, granite, stone,  and ceramics.

Montresor presents their bullnose edge polishing machines of the Luna series: simple, easy-to-use and innovative, for the production of all kinds of profiles on slab thicknesses between 15 and 100 mm.  The rotation movement system has been simplified, without the use of complicated rotation mechanisms. This greatly reduces maintenance costs and electrical power consumption.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Patented rotation movement system: The electrical power installed for the rotation movement is only 1kW
  • Duplex pressure rollers: For processing the short side from 120mm
  • Pneumatic pressure rollers: Intelligent pneumatic pressure rollers to process mitered boxes and laminated workpieces automatically.
  • Tiltable oscillating units: A group of 3 or 4 oscillating units at the exit side, which can work at 0° or -45°, doubles the production speed on pencil round, half bullnose and on flat edges having a straight and a slanted side.
  • Matic version: It makes possible to execute all available profiles without manual adjustments or template changes.
  • 10.4” or 12” touch screen control panel: For easy programming and personalization of the profiles. With integrated use and maintenance
  • Maximum reliability is guaranteed, thanks to the quality of the materials and components selected.

MONTRESOR LUNA 7.4

The conveyor belt runs over wear-resistant stainless steel tracks with a guide in correspondence of special mechanical or pneumatic pressure rollers. This system guarantees stability for workpieces with a length up to 120 mm. Each model has a base version that can be customized with extra optional devices.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT / OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT LUNA 7.4
  • Calibrating/tiltable cutting device
  • Tiltable calibrating device
  • Motorization of the vertical and traverse/cross-cutting unit for blind cuts
  • Lower bevelling units / upper/lower precutting
  • Frontal shaping/polishing units

MONTRESOR LOLA SERIES

Our edge polishers of the Lola series are capable of polishing a mirror finish onto straight edges of granite, quartz, ceramics and marble of 10-100 mm of thickness, using 4-10 frontal units.

These units are mobile, which means that they make a light oscillating movement which allows the abrasive to correct slight cutting defects.

The conveyor belt runs over wear-resistant stainless steel tracks with a guide in correspondence of special mechanical or pneumatic pressure rollers. This system guarantees stability also for workpieces with a length of only 120 mm.  Each model has a base version that can be customized with extra personalized optional devices.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Duplex pressure rollers: For processing narrow workpieces from 60 mm of width and 120 mm of length
  • Pneumatic pressure rollers: Intelligent pneumatic pressure rollers to process mitered boxes and laminated workpieces automatically.
  • Manual or automatic sliding assembly: It follows the variations in slab thickness guaranteeing a regular bevel
  • Coaxial bevelling unit: Bevelling unit with a tool with two independently moving rings with different pressure
  • Motion: For an even faster and perfect polishing of thickness between 60 and 100 mm thanks to a 40 mm vertical movement in the center and a micro-oscillation system.
  • 10.4” or 12” touch screen control panel: For easy programming and personalization of the profiles. With integrated use and maintenance
  • Maximum reliability is guaranteed, thanks to the quality of the materials and components selected.

MONTRESOR LOLA 8.6

MONTRESOR VIVA 220

When fabricating kitchen and bathroom tops, many prefer to use thinner slabs of material and then glue a frontal piece to it to increase the thickness of the visible edge. With the VIVa 220 Montresor presents a new completely automatic machine for mitering: a double 45° cut to obtain two polished slab pieces to be glued together at 90°.

The patented V-groove unit consists of 2+2 opposing blades working at 45°. The blades cut the slab leaving 0,2-0,8 mm of uncut material on the polished side of the slab.

The complete operation is controlled by PLC, and the operator has only to set the cutting position which will establish the size of the frontal part to be glued, until a maximum of 220 mm. The positioning of the discs is completely automatic.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • The veins of the material continua on the frontal part to be glued
  • Side groove for easy assembly with biscuit joining
  • Automatic programs for simplified execution in case of cutting on more than one perpendicular sides with maximum precision in the joining angles
  • Adjustment of r.p.m. of the cutting discs and disc wear control
  • Maximum reliability is guaranteed, thanks to the quality of the materials and components selected
